Pause
a monthly gathering
Pause is a space to step out of the usual pace and reconnect with your life as it is. Each monthly gathering (2–3 hours) offers a different way to slow down and notice what’s here: through reflection, creative practice, quiet, movement, time in nature, or even a bit of play and laughter. Some sessions may feel still and spacious, others more active or expressive, but all are designed to help you reconnect, engage your life more fully, and make room for whatever you’re carrying.
Pause is offered monthly on alternating weekend days to make participation more accessible. Gatherings may take place at the Bread of Life office or in other community settings.

spiritual trauma & healing (FOR WOMEN)
mAY 16, 2026, 10AM-12PM PT
This event invites women into a thoughtful dialogue on spiritual trauma exploring how harm can manifest across cultural, institutional, and deeply personal dimensions. Through guided conversations, reflective prompts, and shared language, we will discuss how systems of belief can both shape and wound, and how individuals carry, resist, and transform these experiences. Personal stories and collective insights can help navigate the pain, recognize the possibilities, and liberate us from what previously held us back, while honoring the courage it takes to grieve, reclaim, and evolve our body-souls.
When: Saturday, MAY 16, 2026, 10AM-12PM (PT)
Where: Bread of Life Center, 1260 Fulton Ave. Ste. A
Cost: Free will offering ~ donations welcome! Donation Link
