Eun Joo Lech

Eun Joo Lech, certified Spiritual Director and ICF Coach, holds a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from UCSD. Her passion to help others flourish in seasons of change – as a young adult, new parent, empty nester, or a seasoned soul is derived from her own lived-experiences navigating transitions. Married 28 years, having launched 3 young adults, while still raising two at home, juggling vocation and caring for aging parents, she is eager to share the tools gleaned through her journey and work with others. She believes carving out time for self-care, reflection, and imagination is essential to receiving the unique gifts that come at the crossroads of change.

Heather Stewart is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds a B.A. in Communication from Stanford University. Her background includes decades of guiding small groups, developing volunteers and leaders, speaking, and serving on the board of a large nonprofit organization. Married for 34 years and mother of 4 adult children, she is also a grandmother to 1 joy-filled toddler. People often come to her for compassionate listening and wise counsel. Heather’s work is grounded in curiosity, respect, growth, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for meaningful change.
