Immigration and Refugee Services
International Rescue Committee: A global organization that supports refugees and their resettlement. Sacramento has a local office, and there have been funding cuts and staffing layoffs because of the new immigration policies.
World Relief: Another global humanitarian organization with an office in Sacramento. Did you know Sacramento has one of the largest resettled Afghan communities in the US? Over 20,000 Afghans now call our city home.
Opening Doors: A local immigration and refugee supporting organization. Founded here in Sacramento in 1993.

South Sacramento Interfaith Partnership: They are always in need of volunteers to help distribute daily food.
