Pause

a monthly gathering

Pause is a space to step out of the usual pace and reconnect with your life as it is. Each monthly gathering (2–3 hours) offers a different way to slow down and notice what’s here: through reflection, creative practice, quiet, movement, time in nature, or even a bit of play and laughter. Some sessions may feel still and spacious, others more active or expressive, but all are designed to help you reconnect, engage your life more fully, and make room for whatever you’re carrying.

Pause is offered monthly on alternating weekend days to make participation more accessible. Gatherings may take place at the Bread of Life office or in other community settings.

An honest conversation about the blessings & challenges

of long-term marriage and partnership

november 21, 2026, 10AM-12PM PT

Long-term marriage and partnership can be deeply rewarding—but they can also come with challenges that aren’t always easy to talk about. After years together, couples may find themselves navigating changes in communication, intimacy, family responsibilities, finances, health, retirement, changing expectations, and simply growing and changing as individuals. Join us for an honest and meaningful two-hour discussion about the realities of staying connected through the many seasons of a relationship.

Together, we’ll explore:

● How communication changes over the years ● Navigating changing roles and responsibilities ● Managing family, work, and life transitions ● Handling financial pressures and differences ● Weathering difficult seasons and finding your way back to each other ● Practical ways to strengthen your relationship

This is a judgment-free conversation designed to encourage reflection, understanding, and connection.

Whether you’ve been together for 10 years or 50, there is always an opportunity to understand each other better and discover new possibilities for your relationship.

All are welcome, individually or as a couple.
