Duration: Fall & Summer (8 weeks | 5–10 hours/week)

Who We’re Looking For: Passionate, community-minded students or young adults who are interested in non-profit leadership, event planning, marketing, and grassroots community work.

Internship Focus Areas:

1. Event Coordination

Assist in planning and executing summer workshops, retreats, and special events
Support day-of logistics and hospitality
Help develop post-event feedback tools and impact reports

2. Social Media & Marketing

Collaborate on content creation (graphics, captions, short-form video)
Schedule and manage weekly posts across platforms (IG, FB, TikTok)
Help implement our Summer Engagement Campaign

3. Peer Training & Leadership

Participate in and help co-facilitate leadership workshops for peers
Help build a “Youth Voice” advisory board framework
Document and share learnings to inspire others

4. Administrative & Operational Support

Assist with data entry, program tracking, and organizational systems
Shadow team meetings and assist with scheduling or email communication
Support in updating the volunteer and donor contact lists
