Yoga for Seasonal Self Care


Nurturing and naptime aren’t just for kindergarteners. Our adult bodies, minds and emotions need extra care during seasonal transitions.


Let yourself be nourished with this two-hour immersion into gentle breath and movement,
supported stillness, and sound. Restorative yoga uses props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) to support you in coming to a place of rest.

The practice is appropriate and nurturing for all. This special seasonal offering will include periods of silence, the reading of poetry, and the resonant sound of singing bowls as the body settles into the support of the props. Facilitated by Holly Holt.
