Soul Tending Membership
Membership in the Soul Tending program is designed to support those who engage the world as non-profit leaders, Spiritual Directors, case managers, therapists, social workers, faith community leaders, chaplains, mentors, or other forms of “tending other” souls.
As someone in the role of providing soul care for others, you can become vulnerable to ignoring your own need for depth engagement with others of similar commitment for encouragement and renewal of your own soul. Self-care is not selfish, but a priority and necessity in the type of work we do. It is challenging to find and maintain meaningful connections in the midst of our roles and many responsibilities.
Members have access to relevant and evocative gatherings designed to deepen and support you in your life and your calling. We generally meet for a brown bag lunch on the third Wednesday of the month at Bread of Life in Sacramento with periodic offerings at Mercy Center Burlingame.
Members have access to a Member's-only web page where all resources developed for our gatherings are posted for your use in your own setting. We also encourage you to share resources of potential value to others.
