Dream Group

DESCRIPTION

Anyone who has an interest in dreams and a willingness to share them in community is welcome.

Anyone who has an interest in dreams and a willingness to share them in community is welcome.

Dreams have so much to tell us about our inner life. They are often a great help in resolving issues that haunt us or in calling our attention to things that we hadn’t noticed. The problem is that they can be mindbogglingly difficult to understand.

In a dream group, we help each other unpack the often hidden meanings of our dreams. Each person shares a dream, and the group members weigh in with what the dream symbols might mean “if it were my dream.” There are no right or wrong ideas; we just work together and share insights and feelings that might help the dreamer get clarity about the dream’s meaning. Invariably, each person gains deep insights into their own psyche through working their own and each other’s dreams.
