Over the past seven years Ann has been an organizational and leadership consultant with bishops, dioceses and congregations. Appreciative Inquiry, systems thinking and the development of best practices in ministry are a special focus. A spiritual director and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Ann also serves as the long-term interim Vicar at Good Shepherd in Berkeley, CA.”
